The following plan has been formulated to ensure you reach your physique and nutrition goals in the 30 day time period. The program will be broken up into 4 phases to avoid plateau. Each week, you should assess your progress and set goals for the next phase. Failure to follow the plan will undoubtedly result in setbacks in your transformation.
